No. The NDIS Commission registers providers under one national set of rules, and it has done so in Queensland since 1 July 2019. You apply online through the Commission’s portal, and your audit is done by an NDIS-approved quality auditor. What is handled in Queensland is worker screening.

Do I need to be near one of your offices?
No. We work with providers all over Australia online: your documents are delivered to your own secure online folder and the lessons, guides and support are online. Our offices are in Sydney and Melbourne.
How long does registration take from Townsville?
Your documents arrive within 24 hours of starting. After that the timeline depends on how quickly your evidence comes together, your auditor’s availability and the Commission’s processing times. Where you are does not change any of those.
Which registration do I need?
