Why EnableUs
Registration, audits and everything after — we do not disappear once you are approved.
Sole traders to multi-site organisations, every registration group, every state.
Quoted before you commit, payment plans available. No hourly billing, no surprises.
Written for how your organisation actually operates, not a template with your name on it.
Who We Are
Most providers meet a consultant once — at registration. They buy a document pack, get approved, and never hear from them again. Then the audit arrives, the Practice Standards change underneath them, and they are starting over with someone who does not know their business.
EnableUs is built differently. Registration, audits, ongoing compliance, education and investment all sit under one roof, because that is how running an NDIS business actually works. Your obligations do not stop when you are approved, so neither do we.
We have supported over 4,000 providers — sole traders through to multi-site organisations — across every registration group and every state in Australia.

What We Do
Wherever you are in your NDIS journey, there is a team here for that part of it.
Verification, Core, Specialist and SDA. We work out which pathway applies, write documentation customised to the supports you deliver, lodge your application, and get you ready for the audit.
NDIS Registration →If you registered through certification, you get audited again at 18 months. We prepare your evidence, find the gaps before the auditor does, and make sure you go in ready.
Mid-Term Audit →Policies kept current as the rules change. Incidents logged properly. Staff records where an auditor expects to find them. You run the business — we keep the file audit-ready.
Compliance Manager →Membership for providers who want to win more participants, stay audit-ready and run a profitable business. Step-by-step modules, templates, tools and a private provider forum.
Join the Community →Free guides on registration groups, verification versus certification, what registration actually costs, and profession-specific requirements. No sign-up required.
NDIS Education →We back NDIS businesses we believe in. If you are ready to grow and want a partner with capital and sector expertise behind you, we are interested in talking.
EnableUs Invest →Who We Help
Every service has different registration groups, different practice standards and different risks. Find yours.
Why Providers Choose EnableUs
The Commission has been explicit: applications that copy purchased documents can be refused. We write for how your organisation actually operates.
Registration, audits, compliance and growth. Whatever comes next, you are not starting again with a stranger.
All 37 registration groups, right across Australia. Whatever you deliver and wherever you deliver it, we have done it before.
One person working from home, or two hundred staff across three states. The process is the same. The documents are not.
We have grown, but you still get someone who knows your file — not a ticket number and a queue.
Everyone who works on your registration is here in Australia and knows the NDIS. No offshore support desk.

Fifteen minutes, no obligation. We will tell you which pathway applies to you, what it costs and how long it takes.

By then it is a non-conformity with a deadline attached. Two minutes now tells you the same thing, while it is still cheap to fix.
FAQ
We take NDIS providers through registration, then stay on for the audits and the compliance work that follows. Registration, mid-term audits, ongoing compliance management, education and investment all sit under one roof.
It depends on what you deliver and who you deliver it to. Some supports can only be provided by registered providers; others can be delivered unregistered to self-managed and plan-managed participants. The Provider Health Check will tell you which applies to you.
Verification pathways are typically faster than certification, which requires an on-site or remote audit. Timeframes depend on your registration groups, how quickly evidence comes together, and current Commission processing times.
Both are audits and both are carried out by an independent NDIS-approved quality auditor — that is the part most explanations get wrong. The difference is depth. Verification is a desktop audit: the auditor reviews your documents and evidence remotely, and it applies to lower-risk supports. Certification is an assessment against the NDIS Practice Standards for higher-risk supports, run in two stages and including interviews with your staff and participants. Which one applies is set by your registration groups, not by your preference.
There are two costs: our fee, and the auditor fee. Every registration pathway is assessed by an independent NDIS-approved quality auditor who sets and charges their own fee directly to you — verification included, though a desktop audit is generally cheaper than a certification one. Applying to the Commission itself is free. Our pricing is fixed per pathway and shown on each service page, with no hourly billing.
Customised. The Commission can refuse applications built from purchased document packs, and we have seen it happen. We write to how your organisation actually operates.
Your obligations continue. Depending on your pathway there is a mid-term audit at around 18 months and a full re-registration at the end of your term, with the Practice Standards changing in between. That is what the compliance and community services are for.
Fixed fees, agreed before we start. Payment plans are available if you need one.
Fifteen minutes with someone who has done this thousands of times. We will tell you what applies to you, what it costs and how long it takes — and if you do not need us, we will tell you that too.
