SDA Registration Questions
How long does the 40% off last?

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout on the upfront price, and Afterpay sets its own instalments. Payment plans are available too: ask our team when we call and they will set one up with you.
How quickly will I have my documents?
Your documents arrive within 24 hours of starting. After lodgement, the timeline depends on your evidence, your auditor’s availability and the Commission’s processing times.
Is SDA registration the same as SIL registration?
No, and conflating them is the most common mistake we see. SDA is the dwelling — the bricks. SIL is the support delivered to the person living in it. They are separate registrations with separate standards, and many providers need both.
Do I need to register every dwelling?
Each SDA dwelling is enrolled individually with evidence of its design category and compliance. Registration is the organisation; enrolment is the property.
I am an investor, not a service provider. Does this apply to me?
If you intend to receive SDA payments, you need to be a registered SDA provider. Many of our SDA clients deliver no direct supports at all.
Can I add dwellings after I am registered?
Yes. Enrolling additional dwellings is a smaller piece of work than the initial registration and we price it separately.
