Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the 40% off last?
The 40% offer runs month to month: this month's ends at 11:59pm on Saturday 31 October, Sydney time. The discounted price is the price you pay — it is fixed per package, agreed before we start, and it does not change once you are underway.
Which module do I need — Verification, Core, Specialist or SDA?
It depends entirely on the supports you deliver, not on your preference. Verification is a desktop review for lower-risk supports; Core and Specialist are certification pathways assessed against the Practice Standards; SDA is its own module. Tell us what you deliver and we will tell you which one applies, usually the same day.
What does NDIS registration actually cost in total?
Two costs. Ours, which is the fixed package price on this page. And the auditor fee: Your audit is carried out by an independent NDIS-approved quality auditor. Their fee is paid directly to them and is set by the services you apply for, so it is not part of our price. EnableUs partners with an approved auditor to get you good pricing. Applying to the Commission itself costs nothing.
How long does registration take end to end?
Your documents arrive within 24 hours of starting. After that the timeline is largely out of our hands: it depends on how quickly your evidence comes together, your auditor’s availability, and current Commission processing times. We will give you a realistic range for your pathway on the first call.
Do I have to register at all?
Not always. Some supports can only be delivered by a registered provider; others can be delivered unregistered to self-managed and plan-managed participants. If it turns out you do not need to register, we will tell you — we would rather lose the sale than take money from someone who did not need to spend it.
Are your documents customised, or templates?
Customised. The Commission can and does refuse applications assembled from purchased document packs, and we have seen it happen. Your documents describe how your organisation actually operates, which is the only version that survives an audit.
What happens at the audit?
An independent approved quality auditor reviews your documents and evidence — a desktop review for verification, a two-stage assessment including interviews with your staff and participants for certification. Every package includes audit preparation on what they ask and what evidence they want, and a referral to our partner auditor.
What if I do not pass?
Audits usually end in corrective actions rather than a flat refusal — the auditor identifies gaps and gives you a window to close them. Closing them is your work, and the auditor tells you exactly what is needed.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout on the upfront price, and payment plans are available too: ask our team when we call and they will set one up with you.
What happens after I am approved?
Your obligations continue. Depending on your pathway there is a mid-term audit at around 18 months and a full re-registration at the end of your term, with the Practice Standards changing in between. Same team, same file, no starting over with a stranger.
