Get Started
Thanks for your interest in External Compliance Manager. Most providers we speak to are carrying compliance in their head, in a spreadsheet, or in the gap between the two, and it only becomes urgent when an audit date lands. ECM takes that weight off you, with an experienced compliance manager working inside your business without the cost of hiring one. This short questionnaire takes about five minutes. It tells us where you’re at, so your discovery call isn’t spent on background, we’ll come to the call already knowing your setup, and use the time to show you exactly what ECM would look like for you. Answer as honestly as you can. There are no wrong answers, and nothing here commits you to anything. If ECM isn’t the right fit today, we’ll tell you straight and point you to what is.
The Problem
Registration is a milestone. Everything after it is maintenance, and maintenance is what gets dropped when you are busy delivering supports.
Practice Standards get revised and Commission guidance shifts. Every change is somebody’s job to read and act on.
Screening checks expire. Training lapses. Review dates pass. It surfaces at an audit, all at once.
New staff need induction, supervision and training records from day one. The gap is where audits find problems.
In most small providers, compliance belongs to whoever has the least on that week. That works until it does not.

FAQ
The compliance work a provider is obliged to do and rarely has time for: keeping your policies current as the Practice Standards change, making sure incidents and complaints are recorded the way the Commission expects, keeping staff records and screening checks up to date, and keeping your evidence in a state where an audit is a formality rather than a scramble.
For most small and mid-size providers, yes. For larger organisations it tends to work alongside an internal quality lead, giving them sector expertise and a second pair of eyes rather than replacing them.
It depends on your size, your registration groups and how much ground there is to make up at the start, so it is scoped for your organisation before you commit to anything. Click Get Started and tell us about your organisation; scoping starts there.
No. Plenty of our compliance clients registered elsewhere, or years ago. The first piece of work is a review of where things actually stand.
That is the point of the service. We track the changes, work out which ones touch your registration groups, update your documents and tell you what you need to do differently. You find out from us rather than from an auditor.
Audit preparation and support can sit inside the engagement. Your audit is carried out by an independent NDIS-approved quality auditor. Their fee is paid directly to them and is set by the services you apply for, so it is not part of our price. EnableUs partners with an approved auditor to get you good pricing.
Tell us about your organisation and we will scope what it takes to keep your compliance current.
