Why Us
An Investor Who Already Understands the Sector
We already know this sector
We have taken more than 4,000 providers through registration across all 37 registration groups. We do not need a consultant to explain what a mid-term audit is or why your margins look the way they do.
Diligence that is not an ordeal
Most of what an investor would spend six weeks establishing about an NDIS business, we can read in an afternoon. That means a faster answer, and a far shorter list of questions you have already answered three times.
Compliance is an asset, not a hurdle
A generalist buyer discounts a provider for regulatory risk they cannot price. We can price it. For a well-run provider that usually works in your favour.
We are not only money
Registration, audits, documentation and ongoing compliance are what we do every day. They are available to a business we invest in, at our standard pricing.
Our Mandate
Deliberately Open
Most buyers in this market lead with their filter: minimum revenue, minimum EBITDA, majority stakes only. If you fall outside one of those lines, you are screened out before anybody has looked at your business.
We have not set those lines. Good NDIS businesses do not come in one shape — a profitable sole trader with a waiting list and a loss-making group with 200 participants are both interesting, for completely different reasons. We would rather read about yours and decide.
What we are open to
- Any size. There is no revenue or participant floor.
- Any cheque. We have not fixed a range in either direction.
- Minority, majority, or the whole business.
- Growth capital, a partial exit, a full exit, or a partnership with no money involved.
- Registered or unregistered providers.
- Any structure that works for both sides — equity, earn-out, vendor finance, or a combination.
What we are looking for
- A business that delivers supports properly, which is most of what we would be buying.
- Owners who are straight about the problems as well as the numbers.
- A reason this would be better with us in it than without.
- Compliance that is either in order or honestly described. We can fix the second; we cannot fix being misled about it.
Nothing here is an offer, a valuation, or a commitment to invest, and nothing on it is financial advice about your business. Applying commits neither of us to anything.
How It Works
Four Steps, and a Real Answer
- You applyThe form below. About ten minutes. It asks what any competent investor asks in a first meeting, so that the first meeting can be about something else.
- We read itBen reads every application personally. You get an answer either way, normally within a week, and if it is a no you get the reason.
- A conversationNo deck required. We want to understand the business, what you want out of it, and whether the two of us would actually enjoy working together.
- Diligence and a structureIf both sides want to continue: proper financial and compliance diligence, then a structure built around what you said you wanted — not a template.

- Kept in our own systems. Never shared with other investors, brokers or buyers.
- No deck or financials needed to apply. Ranges, not exact figures.

FAQ
EnableUs Invest
How big does my business need to be?
There is no floor. We have deliberately not set a minimum revenue, a minimum participant count or a minimum cheque, because good NDIS businesses do not come in one shape. A profitable sole trader with a waiting list and a loss-making group with 200 participants are both worth a conversation, for completely different reasons.
Do you only do majority deals?
No. Minority, majority or the whole business — and growth capital, a partial exit or a straight sale. The form asks what you want precisely because we have not decided it for you. If what you are after is outside where we land on your particular business, you will hear that quickly rather than after a month.
Do I have to be registered?
No. Unregistered providers working with plan-managed and self-managed participants can be excellent businesses, and registration is something we are unusually well placed to help with afterwards. It does change how we would think about the opportunity, which is why the form asks.
What happens to my information?
It goes into our own systems and nowhere else. It is not shared with other investors, brokers or buyers, and we do not use it to compete with you. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we handle it. If you would rather sign an NDA before telling us anything, say so on the form and we will send one.
Will you tell me if it is a no?
Yes, and we will tell you why. An investor who goes quiet costs you weeks of wondering, and the sector is small enough that we would rather be remembered for giving a straight answer.
Do I need a deck or financials ready?
Not to apply. The form is enough to decide whether to talk. If we both want to continue we will ask for real numbers then, and we will tell you exactly which ones rather than sending a 40-item checklist.
If you invest, is your compliance work free?
No. A business we invest in can use any EnableUs service at our standard pricing, the same as every other provider. There are no special portfolio terms, which keeps the investment and the service relationship separate and easy to understand.
I am an EnableUs client. Does that help or hurt?
Neither, and it is worth saying plainly. We will not favour a client, and we will not use anything we learned doing your registration as leverage in a negotiation. Those are different relationships and we keep them that way.
