Website Terms of Use
The terms on which you may use enableus.com.au. The terms covering our registration services are separate.
Last updated 16 October 2026 Version 2026-10-16c.
This website is operated by Enable Us Pty Ltd (ABN 72 667 451 014). By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1What these terms cover
1.1These terms govern your use of this website and the information published on it.
1.2They do not govern the services we supply. If you purchase a registration package or any other service from us, the Registration Terms and Conditions apply to that purchase, and where the two documents differ about a service, the Registration Terms and Conditions prevail.
1.3Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
2Provider Responsibility
2.1Our role. EnableUs provides consultancy and support services only. These are personalised documents, guidance, training, review and feedback. EnableUs does not:
- apply for registration on your behalf
- deliver supports or services to NDIS participants
- manage, operate or supervise your business
- implement, operate or monitor your policies, procedures or systems
2.2Your responsibility for your application. You, the provider, are solely responsible for:
- your application to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
- your self-assessment answers
- the information you give about your organisation and key personnel
- every document you submit
You must be able to explain any part of your application if the Commission or an auditor asks.
2.3Your involvement. You agree to be substantially involved in preparing your application and documents. This includes:
- giving us accurate information
- reviewing every document and answer before you use it
- asking us about anything you don't understand
- making the final decisions about what you submit
Our support is there to build your understanding. It does not replace your own knowledge of how your organisation meets the NDIS requirements.
2.4Personalised documents and implementation. We prepare documents personalised to your organisation from the information you give us. They are not off-the-shelf templates, but they only work if you make them yours. Before you adopt them, you must:
- read and review every document
- confirm it accurately describes your organisation and how you will deliver supports
- tell us about anything that is wrong, missing or does not match how you operate
You are responsible for implementing and following the policies and procedures you adopt, and for training your workers in them. Submitting documents that do not reflect how your organisation actually operates may be false or misleading.
2.5Accurate information. You warrant that all information you give us, the Commission and any auditor is true, accurate and complete, and you must tell us promptly if anything changes. Providing false or misleading information can lead to your registration being refused, suspended or revoked. We may pause or stop our services if we reasonably believe information is false or misleading. If we do, no refund is payable, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires one.
2.6Disclosure of our involvement. You must answer any question about the use of a consultant truthfully. This includes the Commission's question about consultants and our Use of Consultancy Services declaration. You consent to EnableUs confirming the nature and scope of our services to the Commission or your auditor if they ask.
2.7Independent audit. Audits are carried out by independent, approved quality auditors. EnableUs does not conduct your audit and has no control over its outcome. EnableUs receives no fee, commission, discount or other benefit from any auditor and has no referral arrangement with any auditor. You choose and contract your auditor yourself.
2.8No guarantee of outcome. Registration decisions are made by the Commission, and audit findings by your auditor. EnableUs does not guarantee registration, a particular audit result, or timeframe. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
2.9Your accounts and lodgement. We never ask for your PRODA, myID or NDIS Commission Portal passwords. You lodge your application and manage your accounts yourself.
2.10After registration. Once registered, you are responsible for meeting your ongoing obligations, including:
- the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct
- worker screening
- incident management
- complaints management
- record keeping
- your mid-term and renewal audits
These obligations continue whether or not you keep using our services.
2.11Records. We keep records of the services we provide to you for 7 years after our engagement ends, in line with our Privacy Policy.
2.12Acceptance. You accept these terms, including this schedule, when you sign up or complete a purchase. We email you a signed and dated copy from support@enableus.com.au.
3The information on this site is general
3.1The explainers, guides and pricing information on this website are general in nature. They are written to help you understand how NDIS registration works. They are not legal, financial or professional advice, and they do not take account of your particular circumstances.
3.2NDIS rules, the Practice Standards, price limits and registration requirements change, sometimes at short notice. We update this site as we become aware of changes, but we do not warrant that every page is current at the moment you read it. Where a page quotes a figure from an external source it names the source and the date it was checked.
3.3Before acting on anything you read here, check it against the current position published by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission or the National Disability Insurance Agency, or ask us.
3.4Where we link to another website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
4Prices and offers
4.1Prices shown on this site are in Australian dollars and are for our own services only. They do not include the fee charged by an independent NDIS approved quality auditor, which is set by the auditor and paid by you directly to them. We receive no part of it.
4.2Where a discount and an end date are shown, both are accurate at the time the page is served. A price is confirmed to you in writing before you pay, and that confirmed price is the one that applies.
5Using the site
5.1You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches any law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system.
- Interfere with the site or impose an unreasonable load on it, including by automated scraping or bulk form submission.
- Submit information that is false, that you are not entitled to provide, or that belongs to someone else without their authority.
- Copy, reproduce or redistribute content from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
5.2We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, in whole or in part, without notice. We may also change or remove content at any time.
6Intellectual property
6.1All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, photographs, video and layout — is owned by or licensed to EnableUs and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.
6.2You may view, download and print pages for your own non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
7Reviews and testimonials
7.1Reviews shown on this site are drawn from our Google Business Profile and are the words of the people who wrote them. The rating and the review total shown are the real figures across all ratings, and the listing itself is linked so you can read the unfiltered page.
7.2A testimonial describes one provider’s experience. It is not a promise that your registration will take the same time or produce the same result.
8Liability
8.1To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on general information published on it.
8.2Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, it is limited to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
8.3Our liability in connection with a service you have purchased is governed by the Registration Terms and Conditions, not by this clause.
9Changes, and the law that applies
9.1We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date it was last updated is shown at the top of this page.
9.2These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
9.3Questions about these terms can be sent through the enquiry form on this website, or by post to 274 Victoria Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010.
