The Quality of EnableUs audit report is amazing and excellent. The quality of EnableUs audit work is reliant on the strength of its quality management framework and independence. A sound quality management framework and high quality audit work provided by EnableUs, sprouts my confidence in the opinions and responses with Auditwise during my audit sessions. EnableUs defines quality audit documentation in accurate and timely manner, their response to email is prompt and opportunities to make choice on auditors is provided. EnableUs is flexible with their mode of operations making NDIS registration process stress free for me as I was cut up with some activities that I was unable to manipulate around. Professional advise was given to me by EnableUs representative Giordano on the scope of the services i proposed to provide to which I’m acknowledging his professional skill, friendly and supportive abilities. There is a good chance you don't actually need this service, and at no time in your initial consultation will they help you determine if their service is right for you. In the instance I am referring to, it became apparent to a customer that the service wasn't required. But they had already paid $2750 for the service, even though the first engagement wasn't booked for several weeks. It had been confirmed that no work would begin until the first engagement date. Under section 4(j) of the agreement, it states that preparatory work begins upon engagement. As I said, it was confirmed by their own staff that no work had begun because it was prior to the engagement date. When a refund was requested, they offered a "pause period" but claimed work had already started and no refund would be offered. The $2750 is downright excessive considering the company spent a maximum of one hour in phone consultations, and no other work had been done. Side note: When the company was first contacted, the customer was told the cost would be "around two thousand." We went through the on boarding process with enable us where they asked us many questions and they said that it would be good for us to apply and get this. After we were on board we were sent a list of requests that we simply could not complete. Because we are a product not a service we do not have access to infection control standards and many other requirements that are needed for this process. No problem, I thought I would just go back to The Company and request a refund because we could not supply the documentation to them unfortunately and shockingly after many many attempts they have completely refused to give us a refund even though we have never filled in their forms and we have not taken any steps for the application. The only conversations we’ve had have been the initial on boarding and then our inability to fill in the forms (particularly because we have board members who do not have resumes and infection control certificates and other things and they have told us over and over how even though they have done no work with us and we have not given them anything to do they will not refund the money. Be very careful when dealing with this Company and make sure that you can utilise their services once they have your money. They will not give it back even if they have not provided you with any value. Hi Ron business and take writing this review very seriously. I have made multiple respectful requests for a refund and have received the same message over and over again that we should simply give them the information and they will help us. I keep saying that I cannot provide the certifications and documentation that they require and had I known what was required and been informed of that before we paid I would’ve known then that we would not have been able to comply with these requirements. My basic rule in business is that if you cannot offer value to your clients then I just give them a refund because I do not want bad blood in the world about my business.
