Certification registration runs on a cycle. You are audited to register, again partway through your term, and again to re-register at the end of it.

Is the discovery call free?
Yes. The discovery call is free and there is no obligation. Answer a few quick questions, pick a time, and we come to the call with your answers in front of us. You only pay if you go ahead with the Mid-Term Audit support.
When does my mid-term audit happen?
If you registered through a certification pathway, you are audited again partway through your registration term, commonly around the 18-month mark. Your exact window is set by your registration date and your auditor. If you are not sure, leave your details and we will help you work it out.
What is included for $1,999?
The full review, the written gap report, the documents brought current, your evidence organised, and a run-through of the audit. It is one fixed fee, paid once.
What happens if the auditor finds problems?
Mid-term audits rarely end in an outright failure. They end in non-conformities, which have to be corrected within a set timeframe. Unresolved ones are what escalate into compliance action, so the point of preparing is to keep the list short and closable.
I have not touched my documents since I registered. Is that a problem?
Usually, yes, and it is the most common reason providers get caught out. The Practice Standards and the Commission’s expectations have moved since most providers registered. Documents that passed two years ago are not automatically documents that pass now.
Is this the same as re-registration?
No. The mid-term audit is a checkpoint inside your current registration term. Re-registration is a full audit at the end of it.
