Verification Registration Questions
How long does the 40% off last?
The 40% offer runs month to month: this month's ends at 11:59pm on Saturday 31 October, Sydney time. The price on this page is the price you pay — fixed, agreed before we start, and it does not change once you are underway.

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout on the upfront price, and Afterpay sets its own instalments. Payment plans are available too: ask our team when we call and they will set one up with you.
How quickly will I have my documents?
Your documents arrive within 24 hours of starting. After lodgement, the timeline depends on your evidence, your auditor’s availability and the Commission’s processing times.
Is verification cheaper than certification?
Our Verification fee is the lowest of our four packages. Both pathways are assessed by an independent approved quality auditor, so do not let anyone tell you verification skips that. The difference is depth: verification is a desktop review of your documents, while certification is a two-stage assessment against the Practice Standards that includes interviews with your staff and participants.
Can I choose verification instead of certification?
No. Which pathway applies is determined by the registration groups you apply for, not by preference. If you deliver a support that requires certification, applying for verification will not work. We tell you which one applies before you pay anything.
How long does it take?
Your documents arrive within 24 hours of completing your document form. After that, the pace is set by how quickly you complete your self-assessment and lodge, and then by the Commission’s processing queue, which is theirs, not ours.
What if I need to add registration groups later?
You can vary your registration. It is a smaller piece of work than a fresh application and we price it separately at the time.
