NDIS Provider Number
Your NDIS Provider Number: What It Is and How You Get One
What people mean by an NDIS provider number, how a registered provider gets one, and what unregistered providers use instead.
The Short Answer
How do I get an NDIS provider number?
You get one by becoming a registered NDIS provider. When the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission approves your registration, you receive a registration number, often called your NDIS provider number, shown on your certificate of registration. You use it to claim through the NDIA’s provider portals. Unregistered providers do not have one.
